Root Bound

Think of a healthy plant. It's growing, producing new leaves, reaching for the light. From the outside, everything looks great. But beneath the surface, the roots have nowhere left to go. They've filled every inch of the pot, circling themselves, competing for space instead of finding new ground. The problem isn't the plant. The container has simply become too small.

Many companies don't just outgrow their logo, they outgrow the thinking behind it. The story they tell, the way they show up, and the impression they leave still reflect who they were years ago, not who they've become.

A rebrand isn't about changing colors or choosing a trendier typeface. It's not decoration. It's not reinvention for its own sake. It's a reset button for clarity that aligns perception with reality, so customers, employees, and partners see the company as it actually exists today.

Sometimes the next stage of growth doesn't require a new strategy. The strategy is already working. It requires a brand that can carry that strategy forward without becoming the bottleneck.

Sometimes you've simply outgrown the pot.
