Walk Your Way

No two career paths are shaped by the same landscape. Some roads roll over hills and valleys. Some climb steep mountains. Some wind along rocky ledges. And some disappear into the woods where the path is anything but obvious.

Over the years, I've learned that comparing paths is usually a mistake. The opportunities, challenges, and timing that shape our careers are uniquely our own.

The goal isn't to follow someone else's map. It's to stay focused on charting your own course. Sometimes the most important progress happens when there's no clear trail at all.

It's tempting to look across the valley and assume someone else found an easier route. We see promotions, new ventures, and milestones, but we rarely see the setbacks, detours, or years of steady climbing that made them possible. Every path has obstacles hidden from view.
